About

I am a graduate of SCSU and began teaching here at St. Mary- St. Michael School when my now 26 year old was in preschool. The school was in need of a Pre-K teacher and after running a home based daycare, I was ready to start back teaching in a school setting. I moved up to Kindergarten in 2002 and have been teaching it ever since. There is something special about Kindergarten and I truly enjoy teaching it. I reside in Seymour with my husband and our family.

In my free time I enjoy gardening, reading a good book, cooking, & hiking/walking.

Family & Pets

I am married and have three grown children. My eldest two are college graduates currently pursuing their careers. My youngest works for a school giving behavioral support, and is finishing up her schooling. We have two dogs one of which is a senior of 17 years, and a 2 year old pup. We are also the owners of an older cat.
